We process your personal data in our capacity as data controller; i.e. we are responsible for processing and protecting your personal data.

Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Hence, we process your data solely based on the legal regulations. WHAT KIND OF DATA WILL BE COLLECTED AND PROCESSED?

“Personal data” refers to information that can be used to identify you, e.g. Your name, your telephone number and your email address.

We collect the following data:

    1. The technical information about your visit to our homepage, sent to us by the server systems and your browser, are completely anonymous. These include technical data about your browser, your IP address, the time of your visit, as well as information about the webpages you visited and accessed. This data cannot be mapped by us to you and it is not combined with any other potential personal data. This technical data is commonly stored and is used solely for ensuring and optimizing the server operation and to generate access statistics.
    2. For initiation or as part of existing business relationships (production and trading of ingredients, products and equipment for food industry) you will be asked for personal data which is essential for our customer service. Depending on the type of service, this may be your name, postal address, contact information such as company name, email, phone or fax numbers as well as any details provided voluntarily.

We declare we only use information that is necessary to achieve these legitimate objectives. We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you and others, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Pursuant to art. 28 of the EU REG. 679/2016, Expertarom Food Ingredients S.R.L. may use third parties that process data on its behalf and formally appointed by it as data processors. We store your data according to the statutory retention requirements. We work to protect the confidentiality and security of information we have. Access to such information is limited and policies and procedures are in place, designed to safeguard the information from loss, misuse and improper disclosure.

 

RIGHTS OF AFFECTED PERSONS

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as a data subject you are entitled to certain extensive rights. You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information we are holding about you.  Your rights as a data subject include a right to information about your personal data, a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to the processing (marketing) and also to data transmission (only under contractual relationship or consent) and revocation of consent at any time. Expertarom Food Ingredients provides you through this request form the ability to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date.

USE OF COOKIES

  2. Youtube Social Plugins: Our website uses plugins by the YouTube site operated by Google. The site operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. SSL-Encryption

This page uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential data, such as inquiries that you send to us as site operators. An encrypted link can be recognized in that the address line of the browser will change from “http://” to “https://” and there will be a lock-symbol in your browser line.
